This Privacy Policy describes how JY Computer Services LLC, doing business as GetTimeBackNow (“GetTimeBackNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with gettimebacknow.com (the “Site”) and related services. • Time Back Quiz: your name, email address, business type, team size, tech comfort level, the categories of tasks taking up your time, and any optional additional context you choose to provide.

The Site does not currently use cookies, web beacons, or third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The only automated data we handle is your IP address, which our security infrastructure briefly retains (for up to one hour) to detect and prevent spam or abuse of our forms — see “Cookies & Tracking” below.

How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you request, including the free time audit and paid assessment
• Send you emails related to your inquiry, including follow-up information, quiz or assessment results, and service updates

• Detect, prevent, and respond to spam, fraud, or abuse of our forms
• Improve our website content, services, and user experience
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks. We do share information with a small number of service providers who help us operate our business, solely for that purpose:

• Lead management (GoHighLevel): contact-form and quiz submissions are stored in our CRM so we can follow up with you.
• Email delivery (Resend): used to send confirmation emails, quiz results, and any marketing emails you’ve opted into.
• AI-assisted recommendations (Anthropic): if you complete the Time Back Quiz, your business type, team size, tech comfort level, selected time-drain categories, and any optional additional context you provide — not your name or email — are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate the automation recommendations we send back to you. See “AI-Generated Content” below.
• Security infrastructure (Upstash): temporarily stores your IP address to rate-limit and prevent abuse of our forms.
• Hosting: the Site is hosted on infrastructure that processes standard web traffic data to serve pages to you.

These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us, and not for their own independent purposes. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

AI-Generated Content

Recommendations produced by the Time Back Quiz are generated using automated, AI-based tools based on the business-profile answers you select. They are provided for informational purposes only, are not guarantees of any specific outcome, time savings, or revenue result, and should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, or tax advice.

Cookies & Tracking

We do not currently use cookies, web beacons, or third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the Site. If that changes in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, request your consent before doing so.

Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls limiting who can view personal information, and regular review of our security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you requested, and maintain our business records, or until you request deletion. IP addresses collected for rate-limiting purposes are automatically discarded within one hour and are not retained long-term.

Your Privacy Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days, or such other period as required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

We are based in the United States, and any information you provide is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If we make a material change, we will provide additional notice as appropriate under the circumstances.
