These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and JY Computer Services LLC, doing business as GetTimeBackNow (“GetTimeBackNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of gettimebacknow.com and any associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

This content is offered for informational purposes only. It is not professional, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and we make no guarantee of specific time savings, revenue outcomes, or other results. Automated recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on them.

Payment & Refund Policy

Certain services, including the Automation Assessment ($1200), require payment in advance. All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Our recommendations are based on information provided by you and our analysis of your workflows. Results from implementing automation strategies will vary based on your specific circumstances, team, and execution. We make no guarantee of specific time savings or revenue outcomes.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetTimeBackNow, its principals, and its service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution) will survive.

Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

You and GetTimeBackNow agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration organization under its rules then in effect, and will take place in, or be conducted using procedures equivalent to arbitration in, Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Class Action Waiver: You and GetTimeBackNow agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be limited to the dispute between us individually. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Right to Opt Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to privacy@gettimebacknow.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you decline to be bound by this arbitration provision. If you opt out, disputes will instead be resolved as described in “Governing Law & Venue” below.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, any dispute not subject to arbitration (including if you validly opt out) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

General Provisions

These Terms, together with any separate agreement governing a specific engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetTimeBackNow regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control. By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive electronic communications from us relating to your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
